Whoa!! Solder? The centrifugal force is going to fling that trigger off of there faster than a cheerleaders panties on prom night. The end result will probably be a trashed pickup coil. I knew welding wasn't possible. I thought maybe you were going to drill and tap holes, and screw bolts in for a tr...

WOW! After actually using the correct search words, I found several threads about this subject over the last 8 years or so. Many people have said it should work, and not have a need for the balancer shaft. Several people said they were going to do it. But then each thread just ends, with nobody actu...

There is a seller on ebay with a username of alloyboltz that sells stainless allen bolt kits for lots of engines and complete bikes. However, RZ500 is not one of them. They are a great company to work with, and if you could come up with a list, it's possible that you might be able to talk them into ...

Any chance you will be offering some carb boots for larger carbs? What carbs you are using? I know this sounds extreme, but this is going to be a very extreme motor, and I want to run 33mm PWKs. I knew it was a long shot that you would be making carb boots that large, but I thought, you never know ...

A friend of mine has used a product called Star tron, which is available here in the US, and has had very good success. I would imagine that the product you linked to is similar, but don't know for sure. Here is a link to the Star tron website. http://mystarbrite.com/startron/ Here is one of their c...

Farm And Sand Toys carries lighter tension springs for the Keihin carbs. Their website is somewhat difficult to navigate, but they are great guys to deal with. Here is a direct link to their springs.

I have a very nice petcock that I would gladly donate to the project. The fuel hoses are with it, but they have been cut off on the ends. Maybe you can use them. Here are pics of it. http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x325/Starwriter/DSC00035.jpg http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/x325/Starwriter/...
