i have used a tdm850 one modified with cut out for brake caliper torque arm and tie wrap right hand side but chain guard side is a dirrect fit nice and easy yam parts

thundercat rear disc same size and disc bolt OCD will fit , rear disc 245mm hope this helps regards

hi dexter found this post by myself years ago might give food for thought still running this now reagards bill hagon fork springs 540mm fitted without spacer a real nightmare to compress and fit fork caps so no good as only 5mm of static sag ,so i measured rzv500r standard spring length 441mm + 39mm...

use phil potts superb service had my done by these guys 2011 still in concors condition if dismantle the fork and just send staunchions keeps the cost down regards bill

hi boys ,well chinese junk or not, mine's still in tip top condition perhaps the powervalve gods have smiled on mine only probs was initial first fit on top hose but all good ,might be cause ,in cooler climate, efficiency isn't compromised happy days bought mine when replied to this post regards bill.

i believe fan cuts in 98- 105 degrees c, if you read service manual chapter 7/ page 67 it explains testing thermo switch for fan in oil below 98 degree's c open circuit/98-105 degrees closed circuit ie if you place a meter across thermo switch terminals with meter set to continiuty/buzzer it will so...

hi guys,why not try gpi racing on ebay uk , extra cooling £120 sterling i got one had it on few months ago seems all good ,had to space out frame brackets as it is slightly wider but is thicker in depth might be worth a shot ,bonus, paint black and looks original another possible avenue regards bill

Hi there spoke to venhill Friday bought their exup repair cable kit arrived Saturday morning ,will see if this can be of use when the weather gets slightly warmer only cost £12 inc p&p so no great shakes if it proves fruitless regards to all bill

sorry guys don't want hi-jack this thread but i'm looking at venhill to make my ypvs cables both sets was wnder the lentgh of cables ,the sleeves nipple sizes (ooh err) as this seemsto be route to go down for me at least any help thanks regards to all bill

update i'm a bellendus maximus, timed ignition from no1 cylinder top left when sitting on bike hey presto, all go, now runs ok ,so apologyies to borat on dought ,but my fault for using timing from service manual which says connect timing light to cylinder no.2 bottom left by generator cover Doh! now...

hi ya green, had the same probs it ran then cough spluttered backfired i bought the usb interface keeps coming up with no interface connected am going to get a pals son who's abit of a it whizz to have a look cause it has a port on cdi and probably runs a program of somekind if if work i'll let you ...
