Re: Knockhill Classic Bike Track Day
Unfortunatley its not a Factory works bike, but however it does have many of the Factory parts which it came with when I bought it. It was originally part of Derrys Racing Team and the colour scheme was not very nice. As you can see here https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49325968878_2590c22d3b_b.j...

Re: Knockhill Classic Bike Track Day
Was the YB3 a factory bike or a kit? I always loved the TZ350's and would love to have chance to ride the Bimota. Can you tell us what the wet weight of the bike is, please? Fantastic stuff! Thanks for sharing! Hi Darrell, Most of the YB3 bikes were just rolling chassis kits for customers. Frame, y...

Re: Knockhill Classic Bike Track Day
Sorry, I (and likely most from u.s. ) see 43 and think baldwin. No worries buddy, thanks for explination on number 43, Baldwin was a great rider! Brian rode the 1985 TT with number 28 but he also rode at the 1985 Assen round of the TT/F1 Championship with number 43 hence why I have that on the bike...

Re: Knockhill Classic Bike Track Day
VERY nice! Is the Baldwin # intentional or coincidence? Very Sorry but dont understand the Baldwin connection ? As the Bimotas are painted in the Bimota Factory racing Michel Rougerie colour scheme, https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51316598759_e846277c73_z.jpg the Spondon TT/F1 Yamaha 500 is in ...

Re: Rear Crank Timing out 2.5 Degrees
Not looking to move in on Johnny's business here but I too am having some made up. Will hopefully have them in a few weeks to a month. After a geart deal of soul searching the last few days, all of this started out just if I had a spare key or two, but has grown very quickly and taking up a great d...

Re: Rear Crank Timing out 2.5 Degrees
I agree that Yamaha guys are very clever, much more so than myself. However I can only post what I and others have found on this subject. I remember the post from Rick a few years ago. However I think it was a member on here from France? but I can’t remember who it was that explained this far better...

Re: Rear Crank Timing out 2.5 Degrees

Yes sure no problem, I can get a few more offset keys made in a week or two. So could you please send a PM then I can sort a list out of numbers so I can then...
